How to switch to Pipex Business
It couldn't be simpler.

1. Contact your existing broadband provider's customer service team and obtain your MAC or Migration Authorization Code.


2. Simply place your order online via the Pipex online order form and enter your MAC code when prompted. Or if you prefer, call our sales team on 0845 815 9983.


What is a MAC code?


A MAC code is a Migration Authorization Code, a series of letters and numbers allowing you to switch your broadband service to Pipex. Don't hang around as your MAC is only valid for 30 days.


When will my service switch to Pipex?


It will only take 14 working days to transfer your broadband service to Pipex. Once you have joined Pipex we'll send you regular updates to your contact email address. We will advise you on the progress of your order together with a welcome pack containing everything you need to get started.
