Pipex Pro is based on our ADSL2+ business grade broadband connection which offers download speeds of up to 16Mb* and upload speeds of up to 1Mb. Featuring prioritized traffic and a low 20:1 contention ratio to help ensure you get the fastest speeds possible at all times of the day.

Please note that the actual speeds attained will vary depending on a number of factors including how far away you are from your local BT exchange.

*If your local BT exchange is not able to support ADSL 2+, then we will offer you the equivalent business grade, up to 8Mb service as an alternative.

Usage Allowance

Pipex Business Pro is truly unlimited which means we impose no restrictions on your usage.

Technical Support

Our dedicated UK based business support centre is available to assist with any technical problems 24/7. Calls are charged at normal UK national rates.

Static IP

So your business is equipped to run a mail or web server, all our Pipex Business Broadband products are provided with a static IP address.

An additional IP range of 8 addresses can be purchased for just £5 a month.

Email

We provide 20 POP email mailboxes with 100MB of storage per mailbox.

Enhanced Care (optional)

Keep your business online with Pipex Enhanced Care. Now, Pipex Business can provide an optional Enhanced Care package for an extra £10.56 a month. Benefit from all faults and issues being managed by a dedicated escalation team with a repair time turnaround of 10 hours. A full month's refund will be provided if we cannot meet this deadline. Security Software

Pipex Business Pro comes with a one year's subcription to ZoneAlarm Security Suite, an award winning integrated anti-virus and firewall security solution which will protect a single PC.

You may add additional cover for multiple computers during sign up at a special discounted rate.

WiFi Router

When taken on a 12 month contract, Pipex Business Broadband Pro comes equipped with ADSL 2+ compatible SpeedTouch 585v7 WiFi Router absolutely FREE to enable you to experience lightning fast broadband speeds. This will also allow you to connect up to 4 devices to your office network.

If you opt for the 3 month contract option the SpeedTouch 585 WiFi Router is available to purchase at the discounted rate of £34.03.

Inclusive TalkTime

All Pipex Business Broadband products come with our TalkTime package as standard. Not only will you benefit from discounted call rates, we will give you 500 inclusive TalkTime minutes a month to all UK landline numbers.

As a special promotion, if you sign up before the 31st March 2009, you will receive 5000 monthly minutes† instead of the standard 500.

Optional Engineering Assisted Install

This service is for those without the time, expertise or inclination to setup their own internet connection, or those wanting to make sure the internet is as fast as it can possibly be. A professional engineer will visit your premises at a time slot that is convenient for you and ensure the internet connection is 100% working and optimised to reach the maximum achievable speed before departing.

The base fee of only £85 + VAT covers the router configuration, network cabling and internet setup on up to 3 computers. Additional computers can also be setup if necessary, please let our sales staff know your specific requirements when ordering the install.
