Benefit from the fastest fixed line broadband service currently to your business. ADSL2+ technology provides a more consistent platform for broadband and for most, an increase in speed.
Please note that actual speed varies and is dependent on a number of factors including distance from the BT exchange. If your local BT exchange is not able to support our up to 24Mb service, then we will provide the equivalent up to 8Mb service. - Up to 2.5Mb upload speed with Enhanced Upstream technology
Benefit from upstream speeds of up to 2.5Mb. This will allow you to upload files up to ten times faster than standard ADSL broadband. Increased upstream speed allows data from your PC to be uploaded faster onto our network so it can be rapidly transferred to its desired recipients including websites and databases.
In order to increase the upload speed for the Enhanced Upstream product, we must use some of the frequencies that were previously used for downloading. This may decrease your download speed by a small percentage. - Unlimited usage
Pipex Business Premium Plus is truly unlimited, which means that we do not impose any restrictions on your usage. Download as much data from the internet as your business needs to, as well as send and receive emails, video streaming, VoIP calls, as you want, each month for one inclusive price. - 500Kbps assured bandwidth
Always receive speeds over 500Kbps no matter what time of day or night. Moreover, you can benefit from network priority over other non-business users, so that during peak hours your connection will remained unaffected by any high-levels of traffic.

- Free Enhanced Care*
This inclusive package (normally £10.56 a month) provides swift turnaround times in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. Your fault will be logged and escalated to the correct department immediately and a resolution will be reached within 10 hours.
If, for whatever reason this cannot be met, we will offer you a full month's refund. The refund applies to the value of one month's broadband subscription (product that you are subscribed to) including the cost of Enhanced Care. Only one month's refund will be offered in the event of multiple errors occurring within the same monthly billing cycle. - Free engineer assisted installation
This service includes speed optimisation (normally £50 + VAT) on your existing internal telephone connections and cabling to ensure the highest possible connection speeds are attained. In some cases replacing of old wiring can effectively double your broadband speed. It also covers router configuration, network cabling and internet setup for up to 3 computers. Additional computers can also be setup if necessary.
This service is only included when a 12 month contract is taken. Please note that engineer assisted installation is subject to location and availability.
- Static IP address
All our packages include a static IP address as standard. A static IP address is required should you need to host a website, mail server or file server on your own computer. It is also necessary if you use certain VPN or conferencing applications.
An additional block of 8 static IP addresses is available for just £5 a month. - Pipex Business Call
Save money on your phone bill with our voice package which includes 500 minutes of calls to UK landlines each month. This includes calls to numbers starting in 01, 02 and 03.

Allows you to connect up to 4 devices (this can vary from pc, to printers, scanners etc) along with unlimited wireless devices to your office network. If you require more than the one free static IP provided, as a standard feature in all our packages you can purchase a further block of 8 for just £5 a month.

If you select Premium Plus with Enhanced Upstream and are without a MAC, you will be subject to an £80 connection fee. Both standard and Enhanced Upstream packages are subject to a 3 or 12 month contract term. To obtain a MAC code, please contact your current Internet Service Provider. Prices quoted exclude VAT.

The free Enhanced Care offer is subject to a 12 month contract. The normal price of £10.56 + VAT will be charged at the end of this period and can be cancelled after the 12 month contract period. The money back guarantee is applicable should the error not be resolved within 10 hours of the customer reporting the fault. The refund applies to the value of one month's broadband subscription including the cost of Enhanced Care. The exact value of refund depends on product subscribed to. Only one months refund will be offered in the event of multiple errors occurring within the same monthly billing cycle.
