Please note that the actual speeds attained will vary depending on a number of factors including how far away you are from your local BT exchange.

Inclusive TalkTime

All Pipex Business Broadband products come with our TalkTime package as standard. Not only will you benefit from discounted call rates, we will give you 500 inclusive TalkTime minutes a month to all UK landline numbers.

As a special promotion, if you sign up before the 31st March 2009, you will receive 5000 monthly minutes† instead of the standard 500.

Usage Allowance

Pipex Business Express comes with a 1GB usage allowance. Should this be exceeded in any month, then additional blocks of 3GB are available for £3 + VAT each.

Technical Support

Our dedicated UK based business support centre is available to assist with any technical problems 24/7. Calls are charged at normal UK national rates.

Static IP

So your business is equipped to run a mail or web server, all our Pipex Business Broadband products are provided with a static IP address.

Please note that with Pipex Express, the option to upgrade to an additional block of 8 Static IP addresses is not available.

Email and Webspace

We provide 20 POP email mailboxes with 100MB of storage per mailbox as well as up to 100MB of webspace.

Security Software

Pipex Business Express comes with one year's subscription to ZoneAlarm, an award winning anti-virus software which will protect your PC.
If you require a more complete protection package, then ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite is available for under £30 a year which includes cover for up to 5 PC's.

WiFi Router

You can select an ADSL 2+ compatible SpeedTouch 585v7 WiFi Router for the discounted rate of only £34.03 on a 3 or 12 month contract, with a set up charge of £40 to enable you to experience the fastest possible broadband speeds. This will also allow you to connect up to 4 devices to your office network.

Optional Engineering Assisted Install

This service is for those without the time, expertise or inclination to setup their own internet connection, or those wanting to make sure the internet is as fast as it can possibly be. A professional engineer will visit your premises at a time slot that is convenient for you and ensure the internet connection is 100% working and optimised to reach the maximum achievable speed before departing.

The base fee of only £85 + VAT covers the router configuration, network cabling and internet setup on up to 3 computers. Additional computers can also be setup if necessary, please let our sales staff know your specific requirements when ordering the install.
